These valves are manufactured for a different variety of services such as stanard trim, sour gas trim, NACE Trim and Low Temperature.  All Valves have a dropped forged body with a screwed bonnet and integral seat.  These valves have a unique floating shank tail piece for up to 1/4" variation in vessel connection center distance.

Automatic valves come with corrosion-resistant ball checks. 316 stainless steel valves come with 316 stainless steel ball checks. These valves are designed for standard straight through flow with 1/2" or 3/4" vessel connections. These valves can be put together with highly durable Pyrex glass tube or high pressure tube of 5/8" or 3/4" diameter. Guard rods and a round Plexiglas cover are available to protect the glass tube.

Series Q156 & Q136

The Q156 and Q136 Tubular Valves are manufactured for different types of connections. Both series have forged bodies of carbon steel or of stainless steel as per required. All carbon steel surfaces are rust proofed. High quality Borosilicate tubular glass should be used with these valves. The pressure rating for both these series is dependent on the length of glass tube and the pressure rating of the type of glass.
